How to Make Homemade Protein Bars

Winter is finally over, so that means we, you and all of us need to start working out…again. Working out entails a lot of different factors, like dieting, protein, clothes, swag, music, and a whole boatload of time.

Luckily for you, we are going to make it easy for you on the protein department. We all want to get yoked ASAP. With some extra muscle food you’ll gain like 25 pounds…of pure muscle. Well okay, maybe not that much, hopefully not that much, but you’ll help your body get prepare to shred and get shredded.

Instead of dropping quite a bit of money on powders, pills, rubs, and who knows what, make these simple protein bars before hand. They’ll help you 1) get big 2) be healthy 3) get a date and maybe 4) make some extra dough on the side. We can’t promise all of those, but we can promise that they’ll be worth your time.

Put away the shaker bottle that looks like you’re doing something else and put on that apron. It’s time to get swole in the kitchen! Trust us, you’ll thank us like a bafillion times over. From peanut butter flavors to brownies to snickers like bars, you’ll be a chiseled, healthy, baking fiend.

The recipes we like the most can be found over at Desserts with Benefits. Check it out now! Jessica does an awesome job of providing all kinds of flavors what your particular taste.
